HACCP Training for Food Handlers
This course introduces HACCP to food handlers. Those who work with food and who are required to work according to the food safety principles described by HACCP.
The course can be adapted to match the needs of food handlers and their workplace. The course introduces the main hazards associated with food safety and puts the principles of food safety and food safety law into simple easy to understand terms, thus helping food handlers to better appreciate their role in the management of food safety. Those attending will be expected to complete an end of course assessment.
If required, the final course assessment can be formed of the RSPH Level 2 Foundation certificate in HACCP.
