HACCP Trainer Training
The success of modern HACCP systems is dependent on an organisation’s prerequisite programmes (PRPs).
PRPs in turn are dependent on the competence of those involved in their implementation. The competence of a workforce is in turn depend on training, including inhouse training. If in-house training is to be successful, in-house trainers need to be trained and competent.
We offer a range of trainer-training courses designed for anyone who wants to develop or improve their training skills. We will adjust courses based on need and can facilitate training courses of 1 to 5 days. Obviously, the duration of the course will determine the exact course objectives and the depth of knowledge and skills trainers need to gain.
We currently offer assessment and certification for this course, either our own RI certificates or externally accredited certificates, via awarding organisation ICQ.
Note that like all our courses, our trainer training is delivered in a bespoke format, tailor-made to meet identified business needs. The delivery method is also matched to your organisation’s requirements.
We can either deliver the training on-site or remotely. However, for the best results, we recommend on-site, face-to-face delivery. The course would be structured to ensure full participation by all and would consist of a series of tutor inputs and learner-focused activities. Note that we also recommend a minimum of four delegates to ensure the effective implementation of all the course activities.
