HACCP training for Food and Drink Businesses
Implementing HACCP is a legal requirement for all food and drink businesses.

Our bespoke training programmes are tailored to the needs of our clients and the nature of the manufacturing processes employed within the business, and are available to both new and existing food and drink businesses. The benefit of this approach is that, as part of the training, participants develop or review HACCP plans based on the actual processes being applied in the business, so they are available to use straightaway.
Our approach will help you ‘help yourself’ to develop and apply effective HACCP plans.
We also offer all trainees the option of undertaking an RSPH assessment leading to:
- The RSPH Level 2 Foundation Certificate in HACCP
- RSPH Level 3 Award in HACCP Development
