Developing and delivering bespoke HACCP training across the food and drink and non-food sectors

Established in 1989, RI Training has been developing HACCP training since the mid-1990's.

With HACCP Nothing we do is simply ‘off-the-shelf’. We build our HACCP workshops to meet the needs of our clients, relevant to their business and in context. We use our tried and tested training approach to deliver against specific needs to support the development of an effective HACCP system.

We have developed and delivered bespoke HACCP training projects across the food and drink sector in areas related to:

  • Butchery/meat processing
  • Fish and fish products
  • Fresh produce
  • Food and fish smoking
  • Animal food manufacture
  • Aquaculture
  • Game meat

In 2012 we were approached by a client regarding the delivery of HACCP training in a non-food context. It was then that we created a new approach to our HACCP training targeted at the non-food sector.  Since then we have successfully delivered our bespoke non-food HACCP training to a range of non-food businesses from a diverse range of sectors including:

  • Domestic cleaning chemical manufacture
  • Packaging manufacture
  • Pet bedding manufacture
  • Laundry services
  • Cosmetics manufacture
  • Personal care product manufacture
  • Firelighter manufacture

Given this experience RI Training is well placed to adapt and deliver HACCP training which reflects the changing needs of organisations, ensuring that the training is effective and provides the required HACCP knowledge and skills. We always work with our clients to understand their needs, to ensure the context and the implementation of the HACCP principles are correct and meaningful.
