Following on from day one of our HACCP for Non-food Businesses training programme, we recently delivered the second non-food HACCP workshop for Mibelle Ltd. As part of this workshop we were able to utilise a new online assessment quiz to assess the participants on the theory of HACCP.
This new assessment process is based on a suite of questions which are randomly selected by the system to form the assessment quiz. This means that now each test paper is unique to the individual learners, so helping to enhance the rigor of the assessment.
The assessment itself was facilitated on our Moodle site www.learnonline-ri.co.uk as part of our client learning zone on a dedicated HACCP course for Mibelle Ltd. The assessment completed with the Mibelle team went well and all inattendance achieved the 70% pass mark.
